Return & Refund policy
Since these furniture are customized products, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
But you can still buy our products with confidence because
1. After the furniture is produced, we will strictly follow the color, size, workmanship, etc. you provide, take inspection pictures and videos and send them to the customer service team to answer customer questions and inspect the drawings (videos). When a product does not meet the customer's requirements, we will ask the factory to rework and process the unqualified product until it meets the customer's requirements. After the merchandiser accepts the qualified goods, he will be notified to arrange delivery. The merchandiser will contact the factory 7-10 calendar days before the shipment date to confirm the shipment status and confirm with the customer whether the goods can be received. After confirmation, we will feedback the shipping date to the quality inspection.
2. We offer 1 year warranty. If the furniture you purchased is damaged or unusable due to natural causes during this period, we will provide after-sales service. For furniture damaged by natural causes, if you don’t mind continuing to use it after repair, you can ask a local repairman to come and repair it for you. Repair costs will be borne by our sellers. For furniture that is damaged by natural causes and is unusable due to unwillingness to repair it, we will coordinate with the factory that produces the furniture to obtain various solutions for you.
